Students in the first section of Arctic Field Ecology meet with Sandra Eyegetok and Lena Kamoayok at our camp along the Hiukitak River. Lena grew up in the area and is telling us about traditional uses of the plants. Sandra is translating as Lena speaks Inuinaktun.
